Concrete & flatwork
Most driveways crack because of what’s underneath them.
Around St. George, Santa Clara and Washington, expansive blue clay absorbs water, swells and lifts the slab from below. Pouring a new driveway over the same base gets you the same crack in a couple of years. Because we do the excavation and the concrete, the subgrade under your slab gets dug out, replaced and compacted by the same crew that has to answer for the finish.
